- Is indexed - linked, to protect your investment against inflation.
- Is valid even if the installer ceases trading.
- Is issued only when inspected and signed as satisfactory by you, the customer.
The Hard Landscape Guarantee is only available for domestic installations installed by a Marshalls Approved Installer.
The Hard Landscape Guarantee covers Marshalls products for ten years and the workmanship of each installation undertaken by a Marshalls Approved Installer for five years.
The Guarantee is offered as an additional benefit by Marshalls and in no way affects any party’s statutory rights.
The total liability in respect of all or any claims covered by this guarantee shall not exceed the price of the installation.
